S&R Corporation's Lowell, MA office is seeking a full-time Heavy Civil/Roadway Project Manager to coord and lead bridge and highway construction projects. You'll oversee schedules, budgets, and field coordination, ensuring timely, safe, and quality work.

Ideal candidate has civil engineering or construction management degree and 5+ years' experience with public/private projects, proficiency in estimating and scheduling software, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience managing heavy highway projects (office or field).
• Experience on Public and Private projects.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage 1–4 projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project administration, cost estimates, and subcontractor buyout.
• Lead CPM scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Coordinate with Project Architects, Engineers, Owners, Subcontractors, and Superintendents.
• Ensure contract compliance and project management procedures.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage project close-out.

Kenntnisse

5+ years of experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to compose formal letters

Must live within 1 hour of the job
