Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on bridge rehabilitation, replacement, structural repair, and other specialty infrastructure projects across the United States.

This role requires 10+ years in construction, 5+ years in a supervisory capacity, and a background as a self-performing contractor. You will manage multiple crews, coordinate foremen and subcontractors, and drive schedules to meet contract specs on heavy civil projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction/project execution.
• 5+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Background as a self-performing contractor.
• Experience in heavy civil, bridge, structural concrete or related infra projects.
• Experience running projects valued at $3M+.

Superintendent – Heavy Civil / Bridge Rehabilitation

A well-established specialty heavy civil contractor is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on bridge rehabilitation, bridge replacement, structural repair, and specialty infrastructure projects across the US.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of field operations either across multiple projects or as the dedicated Superintendent on a larger, more complex project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Running day-to-day field operations and production
• Leading Foremen, Assistant Superintendents, and field crews
• Managing multiple crews and subcontractors
• Planning manpower, equipment, materials, and site logistics
• Driving schedule and production targets
• Maintaining strong QA/QC and ensuring work meets contract specifications

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of construction/project execution experience
• 5+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
• Strong background with a self-performing contractor
• Heavy civil, bridge, structural concrete, concrete repair, or specialty infrastructure experience
• Experience running projects valued at $3M+
• Comfortable leading multiple crews and managing demanding schedules
