Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on bridge rehabilitation, replacement, structural repair, and other specialty infrastructure projects across the United States.

This role requires 10+ years in construction, 5+ years in a supervisory capacity, and a background as a self-performing contractor. You will manage multiple crews, coordinate foremen and subcontractors, and drive schedules to meet contract specs on heavy civil projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction/project execution.
• 5+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Background as a self-performing contractor.
• Experience in heavy civil, bridge, structural concrete or related infra projects.
• Experience running projects valued at $3M+.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations and production.
• Lead Foremen, Assistant Superintendents, and field crews.
• Manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials and site logistics.
• Drive schedule and production targets.
• Maintain QA/QC and ensure work meets contract specs.
