Zusammenfassung

Kingfisher Recruiting seeks a Project Superintendent for a design-build highway and bridge project north of Tampa Bay. The role involves leading foremen and subcontractors, setting production goals, and owning safety on a major FDOT-leaning site in North Tampa Bay/ Hernando County, FL.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of bridge experience, a track record as a field superintendent on bridge/highway work, FDOT contract knowledge, and OSHA competent credentials.

Qualifikationen

5+ to 7+ years of bridge experience on heavy highway/bridge construction.
Experience as a site superintendent on bridge or interchange jobs.
Working knowledge of FDOT contracts, specs, and reporting.

Aufgaben

Run daily field operations on bridge and highway work.
Schedule foremen, crews and subcontractors.
Set production goals and manage field cost against budget.
Plan work with the project manager and engineers.
Own jobsite safety and act as OSHA competent person.
Work with FDOT inspectors and the owner's team.
Track quantities, production and field cost against budget.
Keep daily reports and field documentation current.
Coordinate material, equipment and deliveries.
