Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent for a design-build bridge and highway project in the North Tampa Bay/Central Florida area. The role is full-time, onsite, and involves leading foremen and subcontractors, managing safety, schedule and budget in a FDOT-heavy environment.

Ideal candidates have over 5–7+ years of bridge experience in heavy civil, with FDOT contract knowledge, OSHA competency, and willingness to relocate within Florida.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of bridge experience on heavy highway and bridge construction.
• Time as a superintendent running a bridge or interchange job.
• Working knowledge of FDOT contracts, specs and reporting.
• OSHA competent person certification.
• Clean driving record.
• Design build experience is a plus.
• Based in Tampa Bay or Central Florida, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations on bridge and highway work.
• Schedule foremen, crews and subcontractors.
• Set production goals and hold crews to them.
• Plan the work with the project manager and engineers.
• Own jobsite safety and act as the OSHA competent person.
• Work with FDOT inspectors and owner's team.
• Track quantities, production and field cost against budget.
• Keep daily reports and field documentation current.
• Coordinate material, equipment and deliveries.
