The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of foreman experience in bridge construction, with knowledge of necessary equipment and safety standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Foreman managing bridge-related construction.
• SHA 10 certification is preferable.
• Ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles.

Responsibilities

• Enforce quality control and Company safety policies.
• Plan work schedule and determine daily labor and equipment needs.
• Conduct daily huddles and weekly Tool Box Talk with the crew.
• Review and maintain crew productivity and goals.
