Job summary

HNTB is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead bridge projects in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. You will manage scope, budget and schedule while guiding a core Structures Group of five to eight engineers and coordinating with cross-discipline teams.

You will develop proposals, participate in contract negotiations, mentor staff, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets client satisfaction. A PE license and 10 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• 2 years of successful management of engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scope, schedule, and budget for bridge projects.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline teams and external partners.
• Develop technical proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
• Mentor and supervise five to eight Structures Group engineers.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.
• Assist with business development and client relationship growth.
