Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Staff Bridge Engineer to contribute to a major design-build infrastructure project. You will deliver best-in-class solutions for transportation structures, collaborating with design and contractor teams.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, EI/EIT, and proficiency with bridge design software. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and benefits within Arcadis Mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• EI/EIT certification or higher is required.
• Experience with AASHTO design codes.
• Proficiency in bridge design software (Bentley LEAP/OpenBridge, MicroStation).

Responsibilities

• Co-locate at project office with frequent site visits.
• Participate in project progress meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate with design disciplines and contractors.
• Assist senior engineers to resolve RFIs/NCRs and track deliverables.
• Prepare reports for review and ensure schedule compliance.
