Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Structural (Bridge) Engineering Practice Leader to guide the delivery of transportation infrastructure projects across Massachusetts and New England. This high-impact role emphasizes developing people, driving project excellence, and building trusted client partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's preferred.
Massachusetts PE license required.
15+ years of experience delivering bridge and transportation projects.
Experience with MassDOT, MBTA, Massport and public agencies.
Proficiency with industry-standard bridge design software.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and delivery of bridge and transportation projects from concept through construction.
Serve as technical and strategic leader for bridge projects including rehabilitations, replacements, and widenings.
Manage scope, budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations.
Mentor engineers and develop future project managers and technical leaders.
Support business development and client relationship management.
