Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
Massachusetts PE license required.
15+ years of transportation/hwy/roadway civil engineering experience.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.
Strong roadway design, grading, drainage, and utility design expertise.
Knowledge of FHWA, MUTCD, AASHTO, MassDOT, MBTA, Massport standards.
Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and MassDOT interfaces.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale highway and transportation projects from planning through delivery.
Prepare design plans, estimates, specifications, and reports.
Develop roadway alignments, drainage, utilities, and traffic control.
Serve as client manager for public agencies and utility clients.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers and staff.
Drive business development and expand market presence.
