Job summary

Consor is seeking a Bridge Design Project Manager to lead large, complex bridge projects and coordinate across teams. You will manage federally-funded state and local projects, serve as a technical lead on design and analysis, and supervise engineers and technicians to ensure project objectives are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, a valid P.E. license, 8+ years of experience including PM roles, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• P.E. license in good standing is required.
• 8+ years of related experience, with 2+ years in PM or asst PM.
• Strong communicator and collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Bridge Design and Analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, coordinates and directs large bridge projects.
• Plan and deliver federally-funded projects for State and Local Agency clients.
• Serve as staff/technical specialist in advanced engineering methods.
• Direct the work of a staff of engineers and technicians.
• May serve as resident engineer or structure representative on construction projects.
• May supervise staff engineers and guide them to objectives.
• Develop and foster client relationships for future projects.
