Job summary

Consor is seeking a Bridge Design Project Manager to lead large bridge projects, coordinate teams, and deliver federally-funded transportation work. You will supervise engineers and technicians while serving as a technical expert on complex problems, ensuring high-quality results for state and local clients. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, a P.E.

license, and 8+ years of relevant experience. Strong communication and collaboration are essential, with proficiency in bridge design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• P.E. license in good standing.
• 8+ years of related experience delivering transportation projects.
• Strong communicator with collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in Bridge Design and Analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, coordinates and directs large and complex bridge projects.
• Plan and deliver federally-funded projects for State and Local Agency clients.
• Serve as a staff/technical specialist for advanced engineering problems.
• Plans, organizes, and directs the work of engineers and technicians.
• May serve as resident engineer and/or structure representative on construction projects.
• May supervise staff engineers and guide progress to meet objectives.
• Develop and foster client relationships for future projects.
