Consor seeks an Engineer in Training (EIT) to join the Draper, Utah structural/bridge group. You will work under a senior engineer on diverse transportation structures, gaining hands-on experience from design through delivery, with emphasis on collaboration and professional growth.

The role focuses on developing bridge plans, conducting analyses, and supporting design efforts across projects, while advancing your EIT/FE credentials in a hybrid office/field environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil engineering experience focused on bridge design.
• Demonstrated experience with bridge design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of concrete and steel design.
• Proficient with ORD/MicroStation and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and bridge analysis and engineering calculations.
• Develop structural/bridge plans, specifications, estimates, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with project managers, governments, and agencies.
• Support preliminary engineering and final design efforts.
• Prepare technical reports and conduct conceptual engineering studies.
