Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing bridge engineering, fabrication, and construction organization serving public-sector clients nationwide. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, and production activities from kickoff through completion, ensuring work stays on schedule and within scope.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and have 5+ years of PM experience in construction,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in construction, fabrication, or infrastructure.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in steel fabrication, steel construction, or bridge projects.
  • Understanding of construction means, methods, and field operations.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review proposals, plans, specs, and contracts to define scope and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, and production teams.
  • Serve as primary contact for customers, sales, and leadership on status.
  • Track communications and key milestones throughout the lifecycle.
  • Monitor risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare status reports and performance updates for management.
  • Represent the company in project meetings and drive improvements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and project integration activities.
  • Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and support teams.
