Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• PE license in Ohio or West Virginia.
• At least 10+ years of professional experience in bridge or structural design in transportation or highways projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage bridge design and plan development.
• Field investigations, inspections, and repair recommendations.
• Type studies and structural designs from preliminary to detailed; cost estimating and load rating.
• Lead business development and manage transportation and infrastructure projects with client interaction.
