Job summary

FlatironDragados in Raleigh, NC is seeking a site supervisor to lead a crew of hourly workers on a bridge construction project, overseeing safety, planning, production and performance.

Role requires on-site coordination, materials requests, adherence to safety procedures, understanding daily schedule, and alignment with company values. Valid driver's license required; high school diploma preferred; 5+ years of bridge experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.
• Minimum 5 year's experience in bridge building.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads crew of hourly workers on a project site and manages safety, planning, production and performance.
• Performs onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment.
• Supports safety procedures and regulations for personnel and sub-contractors.
• Understands daily production schedule and adjusts work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
• Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.
