• Valid driver''s license and ability to work on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Instill safety as a top priority on all sites.
• Hire, train, and develop craft personnel.
• Maintain open communications with Crews, Project Engineers, Safety Managers and Clients.
• Monitor schedules and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and contract requirements.
• Assist in planning work plans, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Manage budgets and cost controls; report variances.
• Lead a discipline team and set goals for quality and productivity.
