United Infrastructure Group is hiring a Bridge Carpenter to build precise forms for concrete footings, slabs, walls, columns, and decks. You will follow safety rules, select materials, and execute measurements and layout to ensure accurate form work on our projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates precise accuracy in work.
• Knows basic carpenter tools and their use.
• Able to read and interpret simple layouts and drawings.
• Follows policies and supports UIG’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and maintain a safe, clean work site.
• Select lumber and materials as specified.
• Prepare layout with tape measure, rule, and square.
• Mark cutting lines on materials with pencil and chalk.
• Shape materials to prescribed dimensions with saws and planes.
• Assemble forms and fasten components with nails, pins, or glue.
• Construct forms and chutes for pouring concrete.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for elevated work.
• Saw lumber to blueprint dimensions and assemble form panels.
• Erect built‑in‑place or prefabricated forms.
• Anchor and brace forms to fixed objects.
