Summary of Position

Kinsley is seeking experiencedBridge Carpentersfor projects in Schuylkill, Luzerne, Columbia, and Northumberland Counties, as well as the Reading and Allentown areas. We are looking for self-motivated, hard-working individuals to perform carpentry tasks on bridges and other heavy civil construction projects across the region.

Typical Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Form and pour concrete structural elements using panel formwork systems such as Peri or similar, as well as stick-built wood formwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Strip formwork after concrete has set.
• Perform concrete finishing as required.

Experience & Education

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in bridge carpentry or a related field.
• Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from a supervisor.
• Comfortable working at heights and over water as required.
• Willing to work in various outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Possess basic hand tools necessary for carpentry tasks.
• Commitment to following all company safety policies and working in a safe manner at all times.
