Job description

Job Requirements
  1. Workday HRM experience
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HRO Talent Acquisition, with expertise in managing international recruitment (SPE/SME)
  3. Experience with Workday Recruiting; knowledge of other ATS systems is a plus
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  5. Strong technical understanding, emerging technologies, and ability to match candidates to technical requirements
  6. Willingness to work in the US Time Zone with flexibility for various locations
  7. Experience with HR systems like Workday and workflow systems such as SNOW (preferred) or Zendesk
  8. Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and attention to detail skills
  9. Passion for employee experience, energetic, and capable of managing employee queries and transactions efficiently
  10. Knowledge of Workday HRM modules: Recruiting and Onboarding
  11. Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
  12. Total work experience of at least 2+ years
  13. Availability to work night shifts in the US
