Job Requirements
- Workday HRM experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HRO Talent Acquisition, with expertise in managing international recruitment (SPE/SME)
- Experience with Workday Recruiting; knowledge of other ATS systems is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Strong technical understanding, emerging technologies, and ability to match candidates to technical requirements
- Willingness to work in the US Time Zone with flexibility for various locations
- Experience with HR systems like Workday and workflow systems such as SNOW (preferred) or Zendesk
- Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and attention to detail skills
- Passion for employee experience, energetic, and capable of managing employee queries and transactions efficiently
- Knowledge of Workday HRM modules: Recruiting and Onboarding
- Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- Total work experience of at least 2+ years
- Availability to work night shifts in the US
