Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Stylist to provide a positive, friendly and professional selling experience. You will deliver 5-Star Customer Service, help guests select gowns, manage appointments, and operate the POS to complete sales.

As a brand ambassador, you will collaborate with the Store Manager and Sales Manager, coordinate alterations, maintain presentation standards, and strive to meet sales and conversion goals while building lasting relationships with brides.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; prior retail or apparel experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and communicate clearly to understand needs.
• Use POS and iPad tools to manage customer flow and research information for customers.
• Support multiple customers and escalate issues as needed to leadership.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Promote alterations services and coordinate with Alterations Specialists.
• Maintain store standards and dress code; report damaged equipment.
