Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Stylist to deliver a positive, friendly, empathetic and professional selling experience for every customer. You will drive sales, maintain store presentation, and partner with the Alterations team to personalize gowns and fittings.

As a brand ambassador, you will follow selling behaviors to meet hourly goals and support store operations. The role reports to Store Manager with collaboration from Sales leadership, ensuring a seamless bridal shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person or over the phone.
• Provide 5-Star Customer Service to all clients and drive sales using the company selling behaviors.
• Assist with presentation and operations in the store and maintain visual standards.
• Coordinate with Alterations and Sales teams to promote services and personalize fittings.
• Meet sales goals and maintain accurate transactions at the cash wrap.
