David’s Bridal is seeking a Stylist to deliver a friendly, empathetic selling experience and achieve sales goals through expert application of our selling behaviors. The role collaborates with management to ensure high customer satisfaction and a polished store presentation.

The Stylist will greet customers, manage appointments, and promote alterations services while maintaining the store’s standards and driving loyalty programs, contributing to overall revenue and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred and experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Provide 5-Star Customer Service and achieve sales goals by following selling behaviors.
• Manage customer flow using POS and iPad tools to research and communicate options.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and setting fittings.
• Promote alterations services and coordinate with Alterations Specialists.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a neat, promotional environment.
