Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a stylist to provide a friendly, empathetic, and professional selling experience while meeting sales goals and maintaining store presentation.

As a brand ambassador, you will follow selling behaviors, assist customers from inquiry to checkout, and coordinate with Alterations to ensure the perfect gown. Reports to Store Manager with the Sales Manager partnership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel/service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-Star Customer Service to all customers.
• Engage customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm and adapt style.
• Manage customer flow and use POS/iPad tools to assist customers.
• Promote alterations services and maintain presentation standards.
• Partner with management to meet sales and conversion targets.
• Schedule and follow up on appointments for customers and bridal parties.
• Maintain accurate measurements and entry in events/order system.
