Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a friendly Stylist to deliver a 5-Star customer experience and help clients find their perfect gown. You will use our selling behaviors, manage appointments and POS, and partner with Alterations to tailor fittings.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll greet customers, research profiles, and guide them through dress selections while meeting sales targets. This role reports to Store Manager with support from the Sales Manager and team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and provide 5-Star service in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers in selecting gowns and accessories, researching profiles and appointments using POS/iPad tools.
• Maintain professional appearance and store presentation, meeting sales targets and operational standards.
• Coordinate with Alterations to set up fittings and promote alterations services.
