David’s Bridal seeks a motivated Stylist to deliver a 5-Star customer experience, assist customers in gown selection, and drive sales in a fast-paced bridal environment. You will collaborate with Alterations to coordinate fittings and personalization, while maintaining presentation standards and using the POS system to manage transactions.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to build relationships with brides and their parties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-Star customer service to all customers.
• Meet sales goals and productivity targets.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with operations.
• Assist customers in selecting gowns and coordinating fittings.
