The Stylist reports to the Store Manager in partnership with the Sales Manager and collaborates with Alterations to ensure perfect fits and timely appointments while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail apparel experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person, adapting style to suit customers.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver 5-Star experience (Appointments/Customers/POS).
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers at once and address concerns with confidence.
• Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Build relationships by asking questions and listening to understand needs.
