Job summary

David's Bridal in Las Vegas is seeking a stylist to deliver a high-touch, 5-Star customer experience. You will greet clients, assist during fittings, and guide them toward gowns that match their vision while leveraging POS tools for seamless shopping.

You will collaborate with Alterations and store leadership to promote alterations services, manage appointments, and ensure a smooth, joyful bridal journey for every customer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel/service preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Use POS/iPad tools to manage customer flow and research information for customers.
• Promote alterations services and partner with Alterations Specialists for fittings.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Maintain store standards and promote the David’s Bridal loyalty & partner programs.
• Aim to meet or exceed 5-Star Customer Service and sales targets.
