Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person and by phone.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a 5-star experience using the POS system.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and upsell services and products.
• Schedule and prepare for appointments, including fittings and alterations coordination.
• Maintain store standards and promote alterations, decorations, and promotions.
