Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Stylist to deliver a friendly, empathetic selling experience and to meet sales goals. The role involves greeting customers, guiding fittings, managing appointments, and coordinating with Alterations to ensure perfect gowns for special events.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of retail experience preferred and familiarity with a POS system. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Wisconsin store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store environment is preferred.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Use POS and iPad tools to manage customer flow and research product information for customers.
• Provide 5-Star Customer Service and assist with alterations coordination to improve fitting and satisfaction.
