The candidate should have a high school diploma and retail experience; familiarity with POS systems is preferred. This on‑site position emphasizes guest engagement and teamwork in a fast‑paced bridal environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent degree.
• 1–2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store environments preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Research customer profiles and guide fittings using store systems and iPad tools.
• Support multiple customers and collaborate with leadership to achieve 5‑star service and sales goals.
• Schedule and prepare for appointments, align with alterations and tailoring where needed.
• Build relationships, identify customer needs, and guide them to the right dress, accessories and services.
