Job summary

David’s Bridal is hiring a Stylist to deliver a positive, friendly and empathetic selling experience. You will help customers select gowns, manage fittings, and partner with Alterations to ensure perfect results for events.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, researching via iPad tools, maintaining visuals, and promoting alterations services. Previous retail experience and POS familiarity are preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers to find gowns and accessories, aiming for a 5-star service experience.
• Provide accurate information and resolve questions; escalate to leadership when needed.
• Prepare for customer appointments, review profiles, and assist with fittings and room readiness.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options; coordinate with alterations staff.
• Maintain store standards and keep promotional displays clean and organized.
