David’s Bridal is seeking a Bridal Stylist to deliver a positive, friendly and empathetic selling experience in our Eau Claire, WI store. You will drive 5-Star service, achieve sales goals, and present alterations and personalization options to customers.

The role reports to the Store Manager in partnership with the Sales Manager and involves maintaining a polished appearance and strong product knowledge to assist Brides and parties effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm and adapt communication style to each individual.
• Use iPad tools and POS system to manage customer flow and communicate information.
• Provide 5-Star service while assisting multiple customers and addressing concerns.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and favorites, and setting up fitting rooms.
• Build relationships by asking questions, listening, and understanding customer needs.
• Promote alterations and personalization services in partnership with Alterations Specialists.
• Ensure accurate measurements and data entry for ordering dresses and reducing returns.
• Maintain store standards and report any broken equipment to management.
