David’s Bridal in Appleton, WI is seeking a friendly Stylist to provide a 5-Star shopping experience and help customers find their perfect gown.

You will use our selling behaviors, manage appointments and stay proficient with point-of-sale tools, while partnering with the store team to meet sales goals and alterations coordination. Prior retail experience is valued; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.
• 1-2 years retail or service experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm; adapt style to suit customers.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver 5-star customer experience (Appointments/Customers/Point of sale).
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers at once and address concerns with leadership support.
• Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Build relationships by asking questions and listening to understand needs.
• Strive to identify the perfect gown in first three try-ons.
• Coordinate appointments and follow up with customers.
• Communicate how alterations play a role in perfecting the dress and promote alterations services.
• Maintain store standards and report equipment issues.
