Job summary

Luxe Redux Bridal is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cincinnati, OH. This role drives sales, delivers an exceptional client experience, and oversees daily operations while coaching a team of stylists.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll ensure consistency across Luxe Brands and help each Bride-to-Be feel confident and celebrated throughout her journey. The position requires strong sales ability, excellent customer service, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Availability to work full shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal English.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to respond professionally to clients and team members.
• Maintain professionalism and composure under stress.
• Effective communication and teamwork in high-pressure situations.
• Successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with interviewing stylists; final hiring decisions with Store Manager.
• Assist with training and ongoing team development, including scoring and supplemental training.
• Draft initial store schedules and adjust staffing; final approval by Store Manager.
• Provide real-time coaching to team members and support corrective actions.
• Own customer service for the location and drive positive surveys and reviews; resolve escalated issues.
• Help drive store performance by meeting KPIs and communicating progress to the team.
• Oversee store maintenance and ensure brand standards across the sales floor and back-of-house.
