Luxe Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Luxe Redux Bridal in Pittsburgh, PA. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and oversee daily operations with a focus on the Bride‑to‑Be journey.

You’ll lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring consistent brand standards across the boutique while reporting to the Store Manager. A collaborative, service‑macing culture is essential.

Formación

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Availability to work full shifts on Saturdays and Sundays

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager with stylist interviews and scheduling
• Provide coaching and development for team members
• Own customer service for the location and drive high survey scores
• Help manage store operations, inventory, and KPI reporting
• Act as Store Manager in their absence when needed
