Luxe Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and oversee daily boutique operations. This role reports to the Store Manager and collaborates with other boutique teams to ensure brand consistency.

The position emphasizes coaching and developing a high-performing team, delivering personalized service to brides, and upholding Luxe Brands’ standard of excellence. Strong leadership and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Availability to work full shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal English.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: bridal or luxury retail experience; bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager with Stylist interviews and initial conversations.
• Assists with training and team development, including scorecards and training plans.
• Drafts store schedules and makes real-time staffing adjustments with approval by the Store Manager.
• Provides real-time coaching to team members and supports corrective actions.
• Owns customer service for the location, achieving positive surveys and reviews.
• Helps drive store performance by meeting KPIs and communicating progress to the team.
• Oversees store maintenance and ensures brand standards on the sales floor and back-of-house.
• Serves as acting Store Manager in the Store Manager’s absence.
