Luxe Redux Bridal in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive store sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and oversee daily operations under the Store Manager. You'll lead and coach the team, develop staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure consistent Luxe Brands service standards while helping brides feel confident and celebrated.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Availability to work full shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager with Stylist interviews and hiring decisions.
• Assists with training and ongoing team development; completes scorecards and training.
• Drafts store schedules and makes real-time staffing adjustments.
• Provides real-time coaching and documents performance actions.
• Owns customer service for the location and drives positive surveys and reviews.
• Drives store performance by meeting KPIs and communicating progress to the team.
• Oversees store maintenance and ensures brand-standard presentation.
