David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards, reporting to the Store Manager. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and support stylist teams to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities include managing the alteration flow, promoting services, and ensuring quality control before delivery. Prior sewing and POS familiarity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is required, bridal work a plus.
• Experience with computerized POS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, problem-solving assistance.
• Manage alterations flow and expert fitting for multiple clients.
• Explain alteration options and coordinate with stylists to close sales.
• Maintain store standards and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Inspect garments for quality before delivery and handle POS transactions.
