David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards and provide superior customer service. You will work with store management to ensure a flawless shopping experience and assist stylists in closing sales with gown fit consultations.

The role requires prior sewing experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple customers while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal or formal wear preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and advise on gown fitting and alterations.
• Manage alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming, and pressing to company standards.
• Maintain alterations room and ensure pricing aligns with company standards.
• Provide five-star customer service and resolve issues promptly.
