BBQ Holdings, Inc. in Northville, MI seeks a Brewhouse Operator to produce wort and maintain brewing equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include milling, mashing, lautering, wort boiling, cooling and transferring to storage vessels with safety and efficiency in mind.

You will assist with yeast propagation, perform daily cleaning, maintain SOPs, and coordinate with Granite City staff. Must lift heavy bags, work long shifts, and adapt to 32–100°F environments while upholding quality

• Strong planning and project management under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Passion and commitment for brewing.
• Able to lift heavy objects (50 lb bags) and stand long hours.
• Able to work in environments of 32–100°F.
• Must pass MSDS comprehension and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Complete brewing process from milling to transfer to vessels.
• Repair brewery equipment with assistance.
• Complete daily cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Aid with yeast propagation and quality checks.
• Maintain brewery cleanliness and SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with Granite City staff and report inventory levels.
• Arrive on time and complete paperwork accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
