Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Brewhouse Team Member responsible for producing wort and maintaining brewing equipment and facilities. You will complete the brewing process from milling to storage, perform equipment maintenance and ensure a clean, safe working environment.

The role requires strong planning, good communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced brewery setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Brewing experience preferred but not required.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items (up to 50 lb).
• Able to work nights, days, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete brewing process including milling, mashing, lautering, wort boiling, cooling and transfer to storage.
• Repair brewery equipment with assistance from Brewhouse staff.
• Complete daily cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Assist with yeast propagation following company processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas in the brew house.
• Coordinate with Lab Technician to ensure product quality.
• Maintain SOPs and report inventory levels to supervisor.
• Accurately complete paperwork and perform other duties as assigned.
