Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a brewery production operator responsible for producing wort and maintaining brewing equipment and facilities at our Davenport site.

The role requires lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in cold to warm environments. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a passion for brewing, and the ability to pass a background check while adapting to a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Brewing experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Records background check.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete brewing process including milling, mashing, lautering, wort boiling, cooling and transferring.
• Repair brewery equipment with assistance from Brewhouse staff.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Assist with yeast propagation following company process.
• Maintain cleanliness of all brewery areas.
• Coordinate with Lab Technician to ensure product quality.
• Follow standard operating procedures and report inventory levels to supervisor.
• Arrive on time with a positive attitude and complete paperwork accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
