Responsibilities

• Utilize materials, manpower, equipment, and services to ensure brewing conforms to schedule and specifications.
• Request corrective actions when quality standards deviate, consulting with Head Brewer for major deviations.
• Complete brew logs with times, pH, Brix, and calculations of efficiency, thermal load, and evaporation to control parameters.
• Maintain organization and storage of raw materials to ensure safe, good condition.
