Job summary

Odell Brewing Company is seeking a Denver Delivery Rep & Production Assistant based in Fort Collins, CO. The role splits time between delivering beer to Denver taprooms and supporting production tasks, with a schedule of 1–2 transfer shifts and 1–2 production shifts per week.

The position requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to work 24–29 hours per week. Safety and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced brewery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Clean driving record - no DUI’s.
• Must work as a team player.
• Demonstrated positive, motivated, hardworking, and collaborative attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beer and materials between the Fort Collins brewery and Denver taprooms, including loading, securing, transporting, unloading, and placement of products.
• Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle in line with company policies and local/state/federal laws.
• Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule.
• Verify products and quantities and report discrepancies or damages.
• Coordinate with taproom and production teams regarding delivery timing and special requests.
• Maintain and clean delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Support production departments and ensure clean, safe work areas.
