Responsibilities cover fermentation monitoring, vessel sanitation, wort production quality, raw material handling, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional brewing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automated and semi-automated brewing processes.
• Strong emphasis on cleanliness and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate centrifuge, carbonation, drying hopping, fermentation monitoring and cleaning.
• Support yeast monitoring, harvesting and pitching.
• Oversee wort production and maintain brewing vessels and equipment.
• Assist with inventory control and SAP processes.
• Collaborate with team to improve efficiency and safety.
