Job summary

Odell Brewing Company is seeking a Brewhouse and Cellar Technician in Fort Collins, CO. This full-time role covers rotating shifts (including nights with differential) and weekends to support brewing and cellar operations.

The position emphasizes quality, cleanliness, and safety, with responsibilities spanning fermentation monitoring, raw material handling, equipment sanitation, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• 2-5 years of professional brewing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automated and semi-automated brewing processes.
• Demonstrated commitment to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to rotate between morning, evening, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate centrifuge, carbonation, dry hopping, adjunct additions, fermentation monitoring.
• Mix and measure raw materials per recipe.
• Clean and sanitize fermentation vessels and equipment.
• Support yeast monitoring, harvesting, and pitching.
• Assist with brewhouse and cellar operations and safety.
