Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in Williamsburg seeks a Utilities Reliability Manager to lead reliability, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement of powerhouse equipment and utilities systems. You will partner with engineering, maintenance technicians, and operators to sustain reliability programs that maximize uptime and minimize costs.

You will drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance, coaching teams and guiding capital projects while maintaining CMMS accuracy and asset data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• 5+ years leading maintenance and reliability programs in industrial powerhouses or food/bev/manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing maintenance best practices, RCM, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support KPIs for equipment reliability, efficiency, maintenance performance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead standardization of maintenance best practices and RCM across packaging assets.
• Serve as site SME for reliability, RCFA, and Six Sigma problem-solving methodologies.
• Develop and execute reliability strategies for ammonia refrigeration, boilers, CO2, water treatment, compressed air, and high-voltage systems.
• Coordinate and deliver technical training for maintenance and operations staff.
• Coach maintenance and operations teams to build reliability-focused capabilities.
• Ensure preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance is followed and improved.
• Partner with engineering on capital projects, upgrades, and ROI analyses.
• Maintain and enhance CMMS data, reporting, and user training.
• Monitor performance trends and drive corrective actions to reduce losses.
