Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Utility Operator in Williamsburg, VA to operate and troubleshoot brewery utilities systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves both team-based and independent work to ensure quality and reliability of steam, CO2 collection, ammonia and glycol refrigeration, and related systems.

The position offers opportunities to expand technical knowledge, participate in PM and PdM activities, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Familiarity with automated process control systems.
• Experience with steam boiler or refrigeration systems and related equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate brewery utilities systems (steam, CO2, ammonia, glycol refrigeration, dehumidification, compressed air, water).
• Respond to events during shift; maintain documentation and respond to requests.
• Interpret piping and instrumentation drawings (P&IDs).
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Lead continuous process improvement activities (PDCA, 5 Why, Lean Six Sigma).
• Work 24/7/365 with shift work including nights, weekends, holidays.
