Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Utilities Operator to maintain and troubleshoot high-speed brewery systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work independently or in teams to ensure top-quality production and equipment reliability.

The role requires experience with boiler and refrigeration systems, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to perform PM and PdM tasks. Night shifts and weekends are part of the schedule, with opportunities for advanced training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with automated process control systems.
• Experience with steam boiler and/or refrigeration.
• Experience with water tube boilers and industrial ammonia systems is preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, troubleshoot, and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Operate Brewery Utilities systems including steam, CO2 collection, ammonia and glycol refrigeration, dehumidification, compressed air, and water.
• Active in the HAZWOPER emergency response team and equipped with PPE as required.
• Perform chemical treatment for boiler, cooling tower, and pasteurizer water.
• Manage maintenance tasks, lubrication, housekeeping, and sanitation.
• Document and respond to events during shift; support other departments as needed.
• Interpret piping and instrumentation drawings (P&IDs).
• Perform PM, PdM, and general corrective maintenance to improve uptime.
• Analyze process data to drive equipment efficiency and lead continuous improvement (PDCA, 5 Why, Lean Six Sigma).
• Shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7/365 facility.
